The Workout

This is a workout that is meant to work your whole body in a short amount of time. The excercises you see in the video should be performed with little rest in between.
You should start out by working through each excercise for 45 sec (except pullups). With about 12 excercises, a complete run through will take a little under 12 minutes. After you get through every excercise (one set) go ahead and do a second set, but this time do each exercise for 30 seconds. You'll feel it. From here on out we'll call a 45 second first set and a 30 second follow up set (as described above)---45:30.
You can do this excercise 2 to 4 times a week. Depending on how strong you feel or how motivated you will eventually want to bump the follow up set from 30 seconds to 45 (45:45). And after you master that start doing 60:45 then build up to 60:60 and then 75:60 and so on and so forth. A good rule of thumb would be to add 15 more seconds every 2 weeks. By no means, however, does this mean you can't do it earlier or later. Just remember your body will always be limited by your motivation.
We are doing this as a club every tuesday and thursday. We look forward to enjoying a workout with y'all. Later.
Oh yeah and those of you that have done the workout what do you think of it

I love it!! this looks like the most amazing work out ever!!!!!!!!!

Now really, this work out is a great way to work your core body for any type of sporting event you may be participating in soon. One major thing to remember is start with shorter time rounds say 30-45 secs first and then work up to 60-90 seconds. I've been doing this work out for four weeks now and I have seen improvements on my endurance, energy level, attitude, and confidence towards competing in a future race. Thanks to everyone who help put this together.

After hurting my ankle and doing nothing for 6 weeks. I realized that this workout is a serious one. I know that the whole body gets worked, because I feel soreness coming from every muscle. That's just the feeling of muscle growing. If anybody else out there wants to get in on it another day, let me know.
