The excercises you see in the video should be performed with little rest in between.&lt;br /&gt;You should start out by working through each excercise for 45 sec (except pullups). With about 12 excercises, a complete run through will take a little under 12 minutes. After you get through every excercise (one set) go ahead and do a second set, but this time do each exercise for 30 seconds. You'll feel it. From here on out we'll call a 45 second first set and a 30 second follow up set (as described above)---45:30.&lt;br /&gt;You can do this excercise 2 to 4 times a week. Depending on how strong you feel or how motivated you will eventually want to bump the follow up set from 30 seconds to 45 (45:45). And after you master that start doing 60:45 then build up to 60:60 and then 75:60 and so on and so forth. A good rule of thumb would be to add 15 more seconds every 2 weeks. By no means, however, does this mean you can't do it earlier or later. Just remember your body will always be limited by your motivation.&lt;br /&gt;We are doing this as a club every tuesday and thursday. We look forward to enjoying a workout with y'all.
